2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, purchases, and commissions made through the website or via direct communication.

3. Products & Services

I offer the following:

• Original paintings

• Printed reproductions (art prints)

• Custom-made artworks or services (commissions)

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable

• Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed

• For commissions, a deposit of 50% may be required before work begins

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped as soon as possible (maximum 2 weeks) after payment is received

• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller. when bought within European countries. Outside Europe will be stated otherwise.

• I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

For standard products (such as prints):

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer law. If the order has been sent out, the order will need a return process

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exceptions:

• Custom-made artworks (commissions) cannot be returned or canceled once work has started

7. Commissions

• The details and expectations of the artwork will be agreed upon in advance

• Work begins after approval and (if applicable) receipt of the deposit

• Minor revisions may be made in consultation

• Major changes may incur additional costs

• If a commission is canceled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable

8. Copyright

• All artworks remain the intellectual property of the artist

• It is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission

• I reserve the right to use commissioned work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed

9. Liability

• I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages

• Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
